Lit and Comp: Today we worked on sentence building, reading "Streetcar," and fleshing out the character chart.
People in Lit: We discussed yesterday's MM piece, finished the analysis presentation notes,+continued "I Know ..." - please reading the story for tomorrow.
Lit and Comp:We finished going over the ACT prep questions from last week. We also viewed the poker night scene in the "Streetcar" movie and continued reading the play.
People in Lit: Media Monday - "Is Conflict Good for Progress"? TED talk radio podcast. Your reflection is due before midnight tonight. Don't forget to bring "I Know What You Need" to class tomorrow.

People in Lit: We went over the divisions of point of view (notes online). We began reading "I Know What You Need."
Lit and Comp: We continued building the sentence we started last week. We continued reading "Streetcar" together and got to page 64 - we also kept working on the motif tracker. FOR TOMORROW: Please bring your sentence combining activity from Tuesday - you'll be finishing and submitting it tomorrow.

People in Lit: We went over resources for finding books (goodreads.com, HS library page); there was time to find/check out a book for the analysis unit. Please bring your book to class tomorrow for the first unit reading day.

People in Lit: We went over the Media Monday assignments and how they'll be assessed. The first MM assignment is online-reflection is due before midnight.
